APPLICATION:

PE Production Flow:

Melting & Extrusion
The material is heated and melted in the extruder barrel via a rotating screw.

Vacuum Calibration
The pipe passes through a vacuum tank to ensure precise diameter and wall thickness.
Cooling System
The pipe is cooled in a water bath or spray cooling system to solidify its structure.
Haul-Off & Traction
A caterpillar haul-off unit pulls the pipe at a controlled speed for uniform thickness.
Cutting & Length Measurement
An automatic cutting saw trims the pipe to the required length (e.g., 4m, 6m, or custom sizes).
Stacking & Packaging
Finished pipes are stacked or coiled (for smaller diameters) and prepared for packaging.
Quality Inspection
Each pipe undergoes checks for diameter, wall thickness, and surface smoothness.
